From Brother Jack Sheffield,
President of GulfCoastMasons.com and our Mason of the year!
Brethren,
"Once again we have made History and added another chapter to the History
Books".
I, and everyone of us at the http://GulfCoastMasons.com web sites want to
thank all of you for attending the fourth annual Ft. Gaines M.M.* degree
on Dauphin Island.
This year we surpassed every year prior as far as
attendance.
We had between 144 - 150 Brothers in attendance.
We actually
counted 144 during the degree, and I am sure that there were some that
was missed.
But even if it was 144, I am ecstatic over everything and
everyone.
We had visiting Brethren from seven other states, including
La., Ky., Miss., Fla., Ga., Tenn., & one from Ind.
This was true Masonry
at its best.
I want to first say that the kitchen crew did a terrific job of feeding
everyone.
The "Food was Delicious & No One" went away hungry.
Next I want to personally thank our M.W.G.M. Bro. Teddy Grogan and our
S.G.D. Bro. Charles Singleton for attending and assisting the degree team
in conferring this M.M.* degree.
Next I would like to congratulate the Scottish Rite Degree Team on a
wonderful job well done in assisting in this degree.
Especially Bro.
Lewis Meyer for coordinating the team.
Bro. Jackson got a great Degree.
By the way the candidates name is Bro. "Andrew Jackson", Now I ask you is
that not a fitting name for a candidate in a degree of this sort.
I also want to thank Bro. Phillip Dunham for taking all of the pictures
of this event.
While we don't have the space to host ALL the photos brother Phillip took,
you can CLICK HERE TO SEE THEM ALL IN THERE ORIGINAL SIZE!
Last but certainly not least, I want to thank the members of McCormick /
Mobile Ldg.#40,F.&A.M. for all of the hard work and planning that you
went through for everyone's enjoyment.
Without you none of this would
have happened.
Thank You and I am already looking forward to the next
one.
It just keeps getting better and better.
So, if you were there I hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did because
I want to see you all back next year. You all are great !
If you didn't make it I can only say you definitely missed a great one.
Thank you All once again for this Great
experience in my life !
Sincerely & Fraternally:
Jack Sheffield, P.M. , 32*KCCH, &P.R. Man for GulfCoastMasons.com
