After months of testing several plastic and rubber formulas with the help of our lab friends at Michigan State University, we discovered the ultimate formula for a polyurethane buffer.

This research found our buffer cannot be effected by cleaning chemicals, has a 100% positive result on bolt timing, and will never wear out so we can put a lifetime warrenty on it.

We wanted to make a QUALITY product, and since the invention of the Yellow Jacket buffer, each and every buffer we make has it's ends hand ground to with-in .002" of the spec that the steel buffer has.
